What to Expect

As you enter the parking lot, you will see large, bold letters designating the Hospital side and the Boarding and Grooming side. Upon coming inside the building, you will be greeted by one of our Client Service Representatives.

On the Hospital Side:

They will check you in and let the Technician know that you have arrived. Next, the Technician will show you into one of our 11 exam rooms and will then ask about your pet’s medical history, current condition, and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions, and may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted.

This is a great time to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing.

Our Technician will likely come back to wrap things up and will provide you with helpful pet care information and answer wellness and care questions for you. At the check-out desk, our Client Service Representatives will process your payment and schedule any needed follow-up.

Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

We are excited to meet you and your family members: both human and animal!

On the Boarding & Grooming Side:

The Client Service Representative will check you in. If you are coming in for boarding, a Boarding Staff member will come up to show your pet to their temporary home.

If you are coming in for grooming, the Groomer will come up and discuss what you would like done for your pet. Then when they are finished, they will call to let you know when you can come to pick up your pet.

When you arrive to pick up your pet, the Client Service Representative will process your payment then a member of our staff will bring your pet to you.
